Alleged violations of the California Code of Regulations, California Business and Professions Code, USPAP S.R. 1 and 2, Conduct and Management sections of the Ethics Rule, and Scope of Work Rule: Altered an appraisal report prepared by another appraiser without their knowledge or consent and placed his own name on the report, falsely certified his inspection of the subject property, failure to acknowledge significant professional appraisal assistance, certified appraisal experience credit as a supervisor while holding only a trainee license, knowingly made a false statement of material fact required to be disclosed in an application for an appraisal license, submitted altered work samples for appraisal experience credit.
